Where the immediate requirements of a particular campaign have been fulfilled, remaining funds may be used for related rehabilitation, community recovery, humanitarian assistance, or other charitable activities of Anantha Foundation Trust, subject to applicable requirements.
We aim to use donations responsibly and in furtherance of the Foundation's charitable objectives.
5. Payment Processing
Online payments made through our website are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway provider.
Available payment methods may include:

Anantha Foundation Trust does not directly store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication credentials.

6. Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, donors may receive an on-screen confirmation and/or confirmation through their registered email address.
A transaction appearing as initiated or pending does not necessarily mean that the donation has been successfully received.
Our records and the verified payment status received from the payment gateway will be used to determine the final status of a transaction.
If an amount has been debited but the transaction appears unsuccessful or pending, the donor may contact us with the relevant transaction details.
7. Donation Receipts
A donation acknowledgement or receipt may be issued after a successful and verified donation.
The receipt will generally be sent to the email address provided by the donor during the donation process.
Donors are responsible for providing accurate details for receipt generation.
If a donor provides incorrect information, they may contact us to request a correction. Any correction will be subject to verification and applicable record-keeping requirements.
8. Tax Benefits
A donation should not be assumed to qualify automatically for a tax deduction or exemption.
Any tax benefit, certificate, or tax-related documentation will be available only where the donation qualifies under applicable law and Anantha Foundation Trust holds the relevant valid registration or approval at the applicable time.

However, duplicate or erroneous payments reported to us within seven working days may be reviewed.
